Waterford Mott Lady Corsairs Basketball 2009

This is the site of the Waterford Mott High School girl's basketball teams from Waterford, Michigan. The players have been VERY busy since last season with camps, conditioning, open gyms and AAU teams. Tryouts are complete, the teams are set and the players are in shape and ready to play! With a strong group of returners - including 7 seniors - to the Varsity team, this season should prove to be one of the most exciting seasons yet. Varsity won their final 6 games last season before losing a very close game in District finals to Lake Orion (who continued on to State Semi-finals). Coach Cox enters her second season as Head Coach. Her commitment to the program, positive attitude and relationship with her players are a guaranteed formula for success. The underclassmen players show a love of the game and are very committed also so the future for Mott basketball continues to look promising.
